Liliana Rivera is a first-generation Dominican-American jeweler and bagmaker from the Bronx. Her designs are deeply rooted in her cultural heritage, the vibrant pulse of New York City, the elegance of architecture, and movement. She believes objects carry energy and that they become a part of their wearers. Each piece is crafted to become an extension of a person, making each handmade piece truly one-of-a-kind. Her ultimate goal is to create pieces that allow people to feel like their dream selves.

Liliana began her career in fashion and stumbled across the art of metalsmithing while studying Technical Design and Patternmaking at FIT. Since then, she’s taken and continues to take courses at SVA and GIA.

Along with appearing at a number of pop-ups, Liliana Rivera Designs has been featured on the Tamron Hall Show in 2021, Tribeca Film Festival in 2023, and Irk Magazine and Mefeater Magazine in 2024.
